Privacy Statement

We will not share your information with anyone other than our suppliers in order to fulfill your order.  We will e-mail you with the tracking number when your product is shipped. 

If you do not want to receive any e-mails from us about specials, let us know by e-mail and we will remove you from our customer list once your have received your product. 

Shipping and Policies-AD

All AD products offer a 30-day return policy for products that are defective or damaged during shipping.  If a product needs to be returned due to a defect, contact us by e-mail and you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving your RMA number, simply follow the included instructions and return the product.  When we receive your product back, we will repair or replace it and immediately ship it back to you.  All nonwarranty returns include a full refund less shipping and handling charges.

Please allow 7-14 days for shipping. 

AD will ship to Canada on a quote-by-quote basis., 


Shipping and Policies-GL

The cost of shipping depends on which product you order and where you live.  At this time, we send everything by FedEx or UPS Ground shipping.  It's important to realize that the cost of everything we ship is figured on the dimensional weight because of the size of the boxes we need to use.  Depending on the product, they may come in one, two, or three boxes.  They may require some easy assembly. 

GL will ship internationally in partnership with Bongo International Orders.

Guarantee and Warranty

Limited Warranty

All products by GL have a two-year limited warranty on construction and stability.  The warranty covers normal indoor use by household cats and is voided if the product is used outdoors, if it is misused, damaged while transporting (other than initial delivery), used by other animal species, and by acts of nature.  This warrant does not apply to carpet wear and tear.  Please note:  the modular construction of our cat furniture permits easy replacement of platforms, leaves, and petals that show excessive wear and tear without the need to replace the entire cat tree.  Contact us for more information.

We do not pay shipping and/or handling on warranty returns, but we will pay shipping to get the item back to you.  Any item returned under this policy will be repaired to useable condition or replaced at our discretion and returned to the customer.  Refunds are not allowed, with the exception of what is stated in the "Return Policy." 

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, minus the shipping costs, providing:

1.  You must call Support at 952-236-8541 for a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN).  Any item returned without an RAN will be refused

2.  All returns must be in the original shipping containers and wrapped in protective material as when received.  The return shipment must include all manuals and accessories.  The product must be free of any damage, free of all cat hair, and not have any stains or markings. 

3.  It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance on the product prior to shipping it back to us.  It's normally a minimal amount to protect your investment, because you are responsible for any damage to the unit in returning it.

4.  Items that are not returnable include any "one of a kind" units or any custom-built units. 

Damaged Merchandise

All shipments are fully insured when they leave the factory.  If, upon receipt, you notice exterior damage to a box (more than normal "rub marks), please ask the delivery person to open the box for inspection.  If the product is damaged in any way, refuse delivery, and notify us immediately, either by e-mail or phone, and we will expedite another unit to you.  If the damage is not discovered until after the delivery person has left and you have unboxed the product, please notify us immediately by e-mail or phone, and we will make arrangements to replace the product.  Remember to keep all containers and packing material in the event the unit is returned. 

Cancelled Orders

Our normal turn-around time from receipt of order to shipment is eight business days.  If you cancel your order and the product has not yet been built, there will be a $25.00 processing fee.  If the unit has been built, but not packaged for shipment at time of cancellation, there will be a 12% cancellation fee (minimum of $25.00).  If the order has been built and packaged for shipment at time of cancellation, the fee is 15% (minimum of $30.00).  If your order has been shipped and is en route at time of cancellation, the fee is 20% (minimum of $50.00), plus the actual round-trip shipping costs. 

Shipping and Policies-FP

Products are shipped by USPS (small packages), FedEx, or UPS Ground. 

To return a product, contact us first to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Products may be returned within 30 days, if they are undamaged, unused, and returned intact in the original shipping container. 
They must be returned prepaid by buyer, insured, and including all original parts, instructions, and a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of the date of the invoice.  If the return does not meet these restrictions, the buyer may be charged a  restocking fee, or the item may be returned to buyer without refund at buyer's expense.  When your return is received, you can receive an exchange or a refund (less shipping and handling costs).  If your product is damaged during shipping, please refuse service or contact us immediately for an RMA.  Save all packing and packaging materials.  We are not responsible for damage occurring after acceptance of receipt of the product. 

Shipping charges are visible as you enter your order.  Shipment should be received in 3-5 days. 

FP will ship internationally through partnership with Bongo International Orders. 

 

 Shipping and Policies-GPC

Return Policy:  If not completely satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.  The item must be returned in its original packaging.  All returned items must be new and unused.  For all exchanges or returns, the customer is responsible for all the shipping cost charges.  Refunds will be given after we receive the item back in good condition.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied, as well. 

Shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be in addition to prices listed. 

We do not accept P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses for delivery.

All items will be shipped within two working days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Our preferred method of shipping will be FedEx Ground Shipping.  Shipping tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you.
